NUR 326 – Health Assessment (3) at Utica University is a three-credit undergraduate course that teaches students how to perform comprehensive and focused health assessments on patients of all ages and health conditions.
The course covers a wide range of topics, including:
- The principles and techniques of physical assessment
- The normal findings for each body system
- The abnormal findings for each body system
- The use of diagnostic tools to supplement the physical assessment
- Ethical and legal considerations in health assessment
