NUR 403 – Advanced Placement Practice II for RN-to-BSN Students is a graduate-level course in the RN-to-BSN program at the University of Miami. The course provides students with the opportunity to apply their existing nursing knowledge and skills to advanced nursing practice in a variety of settings. Students will work under the supervision of experienced faculty to provide care to patients with complex health problems. They will also learn about the latest evidence-based practices in nursing care.
Course Objectives:
Upon successful completion of NUR 403 – Advanced Placement Practice II for RN-to-BSN Students, students will be able to:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex health problems
- Apply evidence-based practices to nursing care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective care

Prerequisites:
NUR 403 requires the following prerequisites:
