NUR 423 – Senior Nursing Care Seminar Lab I (1) at Utica University is a one-credit undergraduate course that provides students with the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned in the NUR 421 – Medical/ Surgical Nursing Care II course in a real-world setting.
The course is designed to help students develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills in the context of nursing care for medical-surgical patients with complex health conditions.
In this course, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in case studies and simulations that focus on complex medical-surgical nursing care
- Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients with complex health conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients with complex health conditions
Prerequisites: NUR 421 – Medical/ Surgical Nursing Care II
