NUR 692 Diagnosis and Management of Illness and Physical Conditions of Family II at Long Island University is a three-credit undergraduate course that continues the study of the principles and practices of diagnosing and managing common health conditions in families.
The course covers a wide range of topics, including:
- Complex health conditions
- Rare health conditions
- Emerging health conditions
- Interprofessional collaboration in the management of complex health conditions
- Cultural competency in the care of families with complex health conditions
Students in NUR 692 will develop the knowledge and skills they need to assess, diagnose, and manage common and complex health conditions in families across the lifespan. They will also learn how to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to their patients.
