NURS 009 – Assistants in Research Activities at Linfield University is a one-credit undergraduate course that introduces students to the principles and practices of research in nursing.
The course covers a wide range of topics, including:
- The research process
- Research design
- Data collection methods
- Data analysis methods
- Research ethics
Students in NURS 009 will develop the knowledge and skills they need to assist in conducting research in nursing. They will also learn how to evaluate and interpret research findings, and to apply research findings to nursing practice.
In addition to learning about research methods, students in NURS 009 will also have the opportunity to participate in active research projects. This hands-on experience will give students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in the classroom and to make a meaningful contribution to nursing research.
